AGM May 21st at Paynesville BC

The Annual general meeting of the Gippsland Bowls Region will be held at Paynesville BC on the 21st May at 10am.
Nominations for secretary, directors (2) and committees close on the 10th of May.

our Secretary or President.

Vacancies are as follows:
• Board Director (two vacancies) – three-year terms
• Secretary, three-year term.
The Board Directors and Secretary will be elected by the delegates at the Annual
General Meeting (AGM) at Paynesville Bowls Club on Sunday 21 May.
Nominations are also sought for the following Committee and Officer positions, to be
appointed by the Board at its first meeting directly after the AGM:
• Competitions Committee
• Junior Development Committee
• Region Sides Selection Committee
• Umpiring Coordinator
• Coaching Co-Ordinator
• Communications Officer
• Sponsorship Officer
• Web Manager
• Pennant and State Events Recorder.
