GBR State Fours at Maffra

The fours were conducted on the 10th & 17th December at the Maffra Bowls Club. There were 13 entries in the men’s event and 10 in the women’s.
In the men’s the Lindenow side of Jack Sharman, Michael Better, Phil Manning and David Tong proved too strong for the composite side of Brendan Adison, Mark Challman, Michael Burge and Adam Easton.
In the women’s June Richardson, Joy Nowak, Anne Renehan and Gail McKenzie gave a big start away but with a strong finish managed a 3 shot victory over Rhonda Sadovsky, Marg Nathan Val Hardy and Glynis Bugeja. Full results on BowlsLink Men’s Fours Women’s Fours
