Beautiful summers day (not) at Daylesford Bowling Club with the Geckos taking part in the official proceedings today before hitting the greens for their three games.

They acquitted themselves very well in less than ideal conditions against experienced opposition that included in some cases State reps. We did not win a game today but had success with individual rinks.There will be more opportunities in the future to gain more experience.

I look forward to seeing more of them in our local club and state competitions and pennant in the future. Look out!
