Notice of the AGM of the Gippsland Bowls Region – 31 May 2021

Dear all

Attached is the Business Notice for the Annual General Meeting of the Gippsland Region Board to be held at the Bairnsdale Bowls Club on Monday 31 May at 10am.

Please note the following:

• Under the new GBR Constitution, each club has only one delegate.
• If your club has not yet held its AGM, please ensure this Business Notice is forwarded to the 2021/22 club secretary and delegate once known. A reminder that I will need their details (email address and mobile phone number) to keep my contact list up to date.
• Observers may attend the AGM.

Morning tea (sandwiches, tea and coffee) will be available after the meeting. For catering purposes, RSVP by Friday 21 May to gippslandbowlsregion@gmail.com

I will email the agenda for the meeting the week before.
