Region Pairs

The conditions at Lakes Entrance today were hot and steamy for the Region Champion Pairs, so congratulations to all the finalists who got through to compete for the title. Bairnsdale pair Mary Wyndham Smith and Wendy Campbell played consistently all day and had a good win against Orbost’s Sue Robinson and Beryl Dyce to win the women’s championship. And in the men’s event, Sale’s Andrew Bell and Shane Dove were too strong for Wayne Morris and David Hogan, West Sale.
