Coaching Course
Club Coaching Courses Scheduled in the Gippsland Region
There are 2 CLUB COACHING courses scheduled to take place in the Gippsland Region. The coaching course now consists of 2 components – “online” and “on green”. The online needs to be completed before the qualification is granted, preferably prior to the “on green” component. You will need to allow around 2 – 3 hours to complete the online portion.
The dates for the “on green” component are:
- Monday 12 September, 8.30am to 3,00pm, Lindenow BC (TBC)
- Tuesday and Wednesday 4 & 5 October, 6 to 9pm, Lindenow BC (TBC)
The 4 & 5 October dates are primarily for though not exclusively for those of us who work.

Note: it is unlikely that both courses will run unless we get close to 20 applicants. I will probably lean towards the evening course to allow the workers to attend.

Two new coaches for the Region.
Congratulations to Leonie Flynn and Shane Holmes on completing the course and qualifying as a “Club Coach”. They completed the new course with the online component and would probably give you insight into how hard/easy it was!
